La Maison de Marie is just a short walk from Place Masséna, at the heart of the "Golden Square" and the bustling pedestrian zone. Yet you only have to walk through the passageway leading to its inner courtyard to find the peacefulness of an urban garden and the atmosphere of a bourgeois house. Lunch
Ideal for couples or with the family, for a Sunday get-together or special occasion, but also for a business lunch. In the shade of the patio-terrace or in one of the two dining-rooms, guests are treated to a peaceful break, very welcome in everyday lives that are often very hectic.
A short pause with half-an-hour on the clock, or an opportunity for sharing when time is no longer of the essence.
Dinner
When the sun goes down, the ambiance becomes velvety and intimate. Foodies relish whole sea-bass in a crust of salt, shoulder of lamb marinated in spices for a whole night, Marie's stew and Niçois ravioli. Time seems to stand still, night gently casts its spell on Nice.
